der winter ist toll. toll solange man ein gewissen abstand zu ihm halten kann. genauso isses mitm schnee. leider mußte ich aber doch die fenster aufmachen um die fotos zu machen…
schön isses, aber nach wie vor nicht meine jahreszeit.

doggyrang
here is the result of more than ten years experience in making boomerangs.
the doggyrang is a modifyed hunt-boomerang (the tradicional one) that allows you to keep your dog busy for longer than your arms usually can stand.
as you see, even a kid threws it further away than any adult can throw a piece of wood.

i met this family for not so long time. the youngsters grew wicked fast. i don’t think that at the end of the summer i still can tell you wo are the parents.

hase zur besuch
heute, sunny-weather. wir mitten in eine der bestgelaunte städte die ich kenne: berlin!!!
riding around on sunday
i went out with my old lady. since her ressurection, i can’t leave my hands far from her too long. i didn’n ask her really but i’m sure we are both glad to have each other again. anyway she rides that noiseless, that i get the feeling i lost her chain. my old lady doesn’t let me down!!! she lives!!! luv ya, susi!!!
we went at first to the freundschaftsinsel. there we sit and drunk an iced-coffee. i was there befor, to draw. now we were there to enjoy. i drawed again and made lots of pictures. amazing were the butterflys on this artificial gardens. it’s ok for the butterflys but somehow too much order for me. we enjoyed the sun laying on the gras, aside of the named plants. i got a bit of color again. now i almost look like a human being again. i’m still working on it.
this little island was remade for some time for a garden-show. now it looks like nobody makes more than taking care of the optical order. there are thousends of ants and moskitos, the little lakes are full with alga and the gras ist no gras, but clover. you don’t see a spider, a bee, a bug, and it’s august. wo takes really care of this place? there is more to do than cutting the gras and sweep the ways!!!

many things happen around me now. lots of new inputs, of new pictures. here are some of them, token on the begining of my hollyday.
the swan ist still there. inbetween i’m not really sure any more about wich swan-family i met at first. now i know that there are two of them. and there is a family of beavers too, with many whelps.
here ist for you: urban, suburban, nature and me.
herr schwann und familie
hab mich heut, trotz grauem himmel und drohende regefälle, aufs fahrrad gesetzt. war zu lange zuhause, also… sauerstoff war angesagt.
bin den bächlein entlang geradelt, der hier laut stadtplan keine 50m von meine tür entfernt ist. den kannte ich bisher nur ausm fenster der straßenbahn, an eine einzige stelle. und heute war ich da. toll.
ich glaube, ich werd mich noch da hinsetzen und zeichnen wenn mir die lust dazu fehlst, weiter weg nach wasser zu suchen. zur begrüßung kam herr schwan mit gemahlin und welpen. war echt friedlich.
hab dann noch gewartet daß es soviel regnet daß ich keine fotos mehr machen kann, um abzuhauen. aber das bißchen regen war auch schön. beinah hätt ichs vergessen, wie schön es sein kann, regen abzukriegen.

durch berlin
hab hier lange nix mehr geschrieben, zumindest nix wirklich brauchbares…
heute weckte mich kurz nach dem aufstehen meine elektronische fußfessel. inhalt: bin in der nähe, komm erstmal rüber und dann fahren wir nach berlin weil ich schuhe brauche.
nachdem ich mir doch ein klein zeitpolster eingeräumt hab um zähne zu putzen und hinzukommen, blickte ich noch kurz aufm thermometer und machte mich ziemlich bald los.
ein wetterchen wie ausm bilderbuch. sonne satt, über 25°c, und ich in sommerkluft. pulli hatt ich grad noch am rucksack dran gemacht, für den fall der fälle.
den hab ich letzendlich auch gebrauch, als es bald anfing zu giessen und zu pusten. aber die luft war toll. der wind brachte sauerstoff ausm sanssouci, der sich mit der feuchte luft mischte. balsam für die raucherlunge, vielleicht sogar zuviel des guten…
und auf, richtung hauptstadt. unterwegs noch ‘n kaffee beim italiener am straßenrand, wo der sehr freundlicher und redseliger französischer kellner vor lauter zuhörer uns kaum wieder gehen lassen wollte… und weiter richtung osten.
berlin per auto ist nur für die ganz harten, vorallem wenn der stadtplan doch im rucksack bleibt und man die spontanität besitzt um sich vom lauf treiben zu lassen. ist schon eine erfahrung wert.
hauptstadt. hab ecken in berlin wieder gesehen, die ich das letzte mal noch als junggeselle kennengelernt hatte. um die siegessäule gabs ‘ne ehrenrunde, dann ein abstecher um den haueins von außen zu sehen, dann noch am potsdamer platz der genau so potthäßlich und uninteressant ist wie immer, und dann den weg durch tempelhof (da war ich doch erst gestern, aber egal) wieder zurück.
aufm rückweg gabs den großen sturm, der allerdings kurz vorm ankunft, dankend, wieder ging. also, trocken angekommen und glücklich über den spontanen ausflug. fotos von heut sind bei flickr, einige davon geodatiert.
auch zu erwähnen ist die mir zugekommene info daß stars ‘n strings am kommenden sonnabend im amsterdam in magdeburg zu sehen und hören sind. lohnt sich.
für heute reichts dann. schlaf gut, häßliche welt. morgen kämpfen wir wieder. versprochen.
